Privacy Policy

Auramatic is built by a DJ, for DJs. We've kept this simple and honest.
What we collect
When you create an account: your email address. That's it for identity.
When you use the app: we track how many AI messages you've sent in a given month (to manage the free tier limit), and we log anonymized usage events to understand how the app is being used (e.g., "library scanned," "export completed"). These events don't contain your track data.
When you upgrade to Pro: your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all of that. We receive a confirmation that you're a paying subscriber.
What we don't collect
Your music library stays on your computer. Track metadata — titles, BPMs, keys, labels, crates — is stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB). It never lives on our servers.
When the AI feature is used
When you use the AI assistant, a snapshot of your library (track titles, BPMs, Camelot keys, energy labels) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your setlist. This data is used only for that request and is not stored by us or used to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API: anthropic.com/privacy
Third parties
- Supabase — stores your account (email, tier, AI usage count). Data is hosted in the US.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments.
- Anthropic — powers the AI assistant. Receives library snapshots per request only.
- MusicBrainz / Cover Art Archive — when artwork is fetched, a track's artist and title are sent to look up album art. No personal information is sent. musicbrainz.org/doc/Privacy_Policy
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing auraboros.creatives@gmail.com. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
