Refund Policy
Effective June 2026
Subscriptions
Auramatic Pro is $9.99/month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Beta trial (July 15 – September 1, 2026)
All users who signed up before July 15, 2026 receive a free Pro trial. You won't be charged until September 1, 2026. No credit card required during the trial period.
Refunds
If you're charged and believe it was in error, email auraboros.creatives@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll sort it out. We handle these case by case and generally err on the side of making it right.
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but if you cancel before your next renewal, you won't be charged again.
